Cart TOS Link does not work

Hello I got the following problem:

in the cart the view TOS Link does not work when you click on it. Right mouse and open in new tab open the TOS.

It seems that the link in the cart have some problems with the alias version of the tos into the menu.

Perhaps someone got an idea for this problem.
