Product price calculator

hello,

I have been asked to produce a product catalog with a produce price calculator like on http://hpsubfloors.com/portfolio-items/schonox-kh-fix/

I thought it would be good to use virtuemart with catalog mode only, csvi improved for virtuemart product import, however I'm looking for a suggestion of a plugin that would provide the area pricing (as it's the same set of products for sale within that link above).

I've asked some third party extension authors to no avail.

The calculator would be built as a stand alone module using say a value (of the coverage) from perhaps a VM product custom field or what ever is the factor needed

It is just some php and javascript that would take the product id, find the "factor " and do the calc from the sq/ft input

So nothing to do with VM really .. it would be a Joomla module.. I did something similar in calculating how many of a product would fit in a shipping container

I've found http://demo.moonsoft.es/demo25/index.php/calcbuilder-extended which looks to be correct, if I've understood correctly.

It's the extended version of the popular calc builder http://extensions.joomla.org/extension/calc-builder plugin.

Not found anything else.

Does this look correct to you? I'm not virtuemart expert in this area.
