com_virtuemart folder not visible in html folder under template folder

I want to make Tab field with product description tab.I make some custom fields for this but tab is not proper.when i check code section in template folder their is no folder of com_virtuemart in html folder.Pls. guide me how to edit the file.Please help me out.

you make the folder in the html.. that's what an over ride is..
