SEARCH module with CATEGORY / PRODUCT exlude

I looking online for a VM Search module which gives me the ability to exclude some CATEGORIES / PRODUCTS from search results.

So far didn't find such module, so I am asking here for help!

Any hints ... ?

You need to do your own module, because this is not possible in virtuemart core code.
