Fix small php error?

Hi :-)

Can this little error get fixed in a future version?
Notice: Undefined index: comments in C:\xxxxxxxx\administrator\components\com_virtuemart\models\orders.php on line 810

I know that I can surpress these error but often we need to go debugging :-)
