Productimage changes with mouse-over plugin??

It would be just done at the template level

it is just two images absolutely positioned .. top one opacity:0; on hover change to opacity:1;

An additional question to this:

If I would do your recommended changes (what I have not done yet because, I am a really it beginner and  I do not know where I can change this e.g. which file and where in the file)

is the second imag visualized by  mouse over the second image uploaded or do I need to do the recommended changes for each image.
I am asking this because it could be time consuming.
I am uploading my images with csv improved and looking for a solution that my second image would be visualized image by mouse over.

you would use the second image of the product added by the normal VM product admin
