Virtuemart thumbnails creation problem

Hi, i have problem with product thumbnail creation.

When I upload new image . Thumbnails url is empty and thumbnail dont show. you can see image

I have joomla 3.4.5 nd VM 3.0.12.

I have set automatic creation thumbnails in VM .

And folders are writteble.

can you help ? thanks
