Images disappeared after updating the Virtuemart 3.0.12

Hi I went to update to virtuemart 3.0.12 and all frontend disappeared, how should I proceed?

restore your backup...   what do u mean you never took a backup?..

if so beg your host..  a lot do keep short term backups

Then do some research and explain far better by "all frontend disappeared".....

500 server error?  Joomla stopped,  VM stopped, your subject says images disappeared
