I see only one product per row

Hello Forum,
First time, my appreciation for your great work.
Second time, comment an error that has appeared in my store. Following a failed upgrade to Joomla 3.5 with VirtueMart 3.12; I restored my website to a previous backup of Joomla 3.4 and Virtuemart 3.12.
Before each line you could see three products, but now only see one. I have reviewed all the settings and are selected for three and not a product, for row.
I expect your help if possible resolve, receive a warm greeting

Yes it is VirtueMart 3.0.12, and sorry
- Currently using: VM 3.0.12, Joomla 3.4.8, Stable  PHP 5.5.31

You have products_horizon sublayout selected for product display. Change it back to default.

Hello,

Yesterday as I have not received any instructions, I installed a different template to Protostar, and products appear 3 per row; with the same configuration; shown in the image I have made above.
I understand it is a problem of Protostar template in my website, after restoring the backup.
I updated to v3.0.14 virtuemart and everything works fine except the initial problem of showing one product per row.
Do you have any idea why that happens? Thanks and happy day.
