Price Varient Addition By Percentage | % Price added to Price (+%) = Final Price

I'm using IStraxx  Custom size plugin to determine price by user input (L*W*H). This is working great. Now, I need a way to add a check box or radio button to product details page that will add a percentage of the price to the price when clicked.

Scenario - user orders a piece of material and the price is determined by volume of that material. Now, the user has an option (radio button, check box - whatever) to add a coating to that material - for an additional 30% of the price. When clicked - the new price is (L * W * H * price value = PRICE) + (30% of PRICE) = FINAL PRICE.

SI there an existing way to make this happen? I found an extension from Breeze Forms (plg_VmCustomMathSign.zip) but it hasn't been updated for version 3 - that I can find.

you need to ask for support to iStraxx ... it is a commercial extension
