Virtuemart 3.0.10 No Friendly Urls

Great job on the upgrade, but there are problems when redirection is enabled friendly URLs, and URL rewrite not working.

I sent a catch to be seen. remember that in version 3.0.9 worked right.

This is intended. The SEF URL creates a lot problems between different behaviour in j2.5, j3.4.3 and j3.4.4. There is absolutly no need to have this as SEF url, no normal user want to copy paste this link to someone else, Searchengines are not interested in it.

If it really does not matter, because the version 3.0.9 of virtuemart working properly?

I really do not want to copy and paste, they can do whatever they want with the links.

There are many sites running Friend URL and Virtuemart. the problem is that when you upgrade to 3.0.10 can no longer use the Continue Shopping button, because it takes anywhere, except to the category in which you were. And I honestly believe that this error will not disable friendly URL.

So far I have found that the problem is only the buttons on Continue Shopping and Show cart. Because else works right.

And the problem can not be mine, because I have seen on page live demo of Virtuemart. http://demo.virtuemart.net//index.php which it will generate double // instead of /

I do not really understand what you mean.

First: SEF has a purpose and the purpose ist NOT that any link is SEFed. The purpose is to create an higher ranking. The "continue shopping link" is not handled by searchengines and therefore uninteresting.

It is good that you tell me the error with the //, but I wonder that this leads to real problems, btw fixed in the svn. just check the function prepareContinueLink in vmview.php

ON MY LIVE site, I do not get urls like that. WHICH i have ssl installed, and I have "ssl for sensitive areas" checked.

ON MY localhost, I get urls like you post in the pictures

Hi Guys,

This is causing a problem on my Localhost, i am using a module called "custom filter pro". When the page returns me to the return page it will cause the module to stop showing.

I think i will need to create my own manual url for this unfortunately or is there a different solotion on this?

Ok, i fixed the problem in the helper files with the double //

But no luck on the addon, i will created a manual redirect.

Btw, i really dislike the URL even if my customers aren't copying or sharing this link they can see it.
