create user for VM 3 - give rights only for Add/Edit/Del Products, manage Orders

Hi,

I need to create a user for VirtueMart, give him access only for Add/Edit/Delete Products, manage Orders, and restrict access to the rest of the Joomla, VM features. How can I do that? Please advice.

VirtueMart 3.0.9
