I've been fighting with this since the inception of this site, and have sifted through countless suggested fixes - none of which have worked.

HOW DO I GET RID OF TOS & AGREED AT CHECKOUT IN VIRTUMART 3.0.10.

I tried un-publishing the fields - no change - still shows at checkout.
I tried turning off the check mark in the Must agree to Terms of Service on EVERY ORDER and Show Terms of Service on the cart/checkout options - no change - still shows at checkout.

My end user DOES NOT WANT THIS DISPLAYED.  Any real advise would be greatly appreciated.
I also have an admin account that I can make active and allow access if there is any party interested in helping.

As Jenks says...  who knows what your site or template is????

but if worst comes to worst put a hidden field with the

<input type="hidden" name="tosAccepted" value="1">

in the template and remove all other tos code

Thanks for the quick responses.  I'm not very good at CSS and feel a little out of my depth here.
I'm using cloudbase3 as the template. Can you tell me exactly where to look for / place the hidden field?

Again - I'm more than willing to allow you to use an admin account to login and take a look as the site is still in the development stage.

But did you " In the Shopper Field List you need to disable "agreed"  (I agree to the Terms of Service) as well as tos (Terms of Service ). "

I did disable both fields, and TOS still shows up at check out.

If they still show then are you using a commercial Joomla/VM template or template overrides? You have not posted a URL so we can't tell.
