One page checkout freezing on last step

Hi

I have an issue with my VP one page checkout. It works fine for me and many of my clients. But some clients ring me and tell me when they press confirm payment the loading symbol just keeps spinning and it never completes the order.  Many customers actually have this issue. One client told me yesterday that they can't even get to the shopping cart page. They add to cart and then it keeps loading before he can see cart. He checked from his laptop and then from his ipad.

We use a stripe plugin from Webkul. We are not sure if this is the problem or is possibly something to do with Ajax/jquery conflict with some of our customers browsers. Maybe its some other issue.

Any ideas?

Support for the VP OPC is on http://www.virtueplanet.com/forum/

You will need to provide more information for Jumbo  to avoid continual guessing games. eg Joomla/VM/plugin versions, which browsers have problems (ie all browsers or just IE or Safari) etc.

Its seems to be all browsers. The website also gets blocked in alot of work places too.

One customer told me they tried IE, Chrome and then also tried their Ipad. His girlfriend tried in work and was also blocked.

We have the lastest version of joomla and virtuemart and we are using the webkul plugin to connect the cart to stripe.

The site works for fine for me and some other people. However alot of people have complained about the issue of it loading rather than processing the order.

As Jenks says -- we don't support 3rd party extensions..  you need to talk to virtueplanet about this

it's depend you OPC provider(and template). i use stripe plugin working with OPC working perfect !
