Problem with mod_virtuemart_search

Hello and thank you for helping us developing an e-shop!
We are currently using VirtueMart Search Product [mod_virtuemart_search] at a Joomla! 2.5.14 site. We have VirtueMart 2.0.20b installed and we are dealing with a problem when we search a product.
When we search a product from our home page, we get the products associated to our search.However, when we use the search bar from any other page, the results are always 0, even if we search for the same products as we did from the home page. What solution would you recommend?

Any reason why you use such old Joomla and VirtueMart versions? I would suggest make a backup of your site and then update to latest versions. See here:
