PayPal Plugin error - Couldn't resolve host 'api-3t.paypal.com'

Hi -

I am getting emails from the VM store every time there is an order with notice about looking into the PayPal log file and the log file has:

I searched the forums and doesn't look like anyone else in VM is having this error.

any help.
