Payment plugin developers. Who to turn to

I need a new payment plugin to be developed for Virtuemart 3 to integrate with an existing Payment Gateway. There is currently no Virtuemart plugin available for this Gateway and I need to turn to a trusted developer to get the job done. Is there anywhere that I can find payment plugin speshitpillts? Is it possible to use one of the core Virtuemart developers to do this. Any ideas on pricing?
