Shipping methods not showing

Hi, i have a very frustrating problem.

I have 2 different shipping methods. Standard shipping and express shipping. For each one i have a few rules. E.g weight 0-0.5kg, 0.51kg - 1kg etc. Also for each method and weight rule i have countries also. e.g there is a method for standard delivery 0 - 0.5kg, European countries, standard delivery 0 - 0.5kg, Asian countries, express delivery 0 - 0.5kg, European countries, standard delivery 0 - 0.5kg, Asian countries and one of each with no countries selected for the people that don't fit in the other rules.

I have set weight to all of my products. I unchecked auto select shipping method (although it doesn't work even if checked), i have set all standard shipping methods order display to 1 and to express shipping to 2.

So, at checkout, when i click to select a shipping method nothing shows up. This is driving me crazy. I spent a lot of hours trying to figure out whats wrong but i found out nothing.

Is there anyone who could help me out to figure it? Thanks in advance.

Turn on debugging in admin/configuration

then see what your shipping results show

You are looking to see what the shipping method results show when you are in the cart

You should see what rules are being seen and why they are not being selected based on the cart data and the shipping settings
