PayPal Express - Blank Page

Hi guys,

when i click on the "PayPal Express" Checkout Button, i always get a blank page.
Does this happen to one of you, too?

This payment mothod works only if i choose it in the payment layout while checkout, but NOT in the shoppingcart, where it makes sence.

It would be nice if someone can help me!
