Help me brainstorm a solution? Volume Based Pricing & Diff. Sizes

I'm setting my client's site up so they can offer pricing discounts at higher volumes for clothing items. The problem I've run into, is how do collect the sizing info of bulk orders and still give them the discount.

Hypothetical example:

Shirt (sizes S - 4X)
QTY: 1-99 = $10/shirt
QTY: 100+ = $8/shirt

Let's say a company wants to buy 100 shirts for their employees (50 Small & 50 Large) They should get the discount and be charged $800 total.

The way the website is currently set up, the company can select 100 quantity of the shirt they want and the discount of $8/shirt is applied, but they are only given 1 option to choose sizing (so they can choose small OR large, but not both).

The company could order 50 small, and then go back to the same product and order 50 large, but they would not receive the $2 discount/shirt ... the way the settings are now, since volume discount kicks in at 100+.

Any thoughts on a work around?
