menu disappears

When I click go to back, menu disappears. How I can fix this?

where and when modules are published is a Joomla issue - it relies on menus - specifically Itemids
normal solutions are a hidden or otherwise menu to the cart etc

first switch off sef so you can actually see what is happening -- sef is something you enable LAST - when your dev is finished
