Categories wont delete on frontend site

VirtueMart 3.0.6.2
Joomla! 3.4.0 Stable
PHP Version   5.3.29
Database Version   5.5.40-MariaDB

I have installed the latest joomla and virtuemart in different servers and still does the same error. When I create a new category I does not appear for a while If I add a product to the category the product appears on the latest products module, but the category does not appears on the frontpage of virtuemart or on the category module. If I delete a category the same problem. It does not delete category. As mention I try on different servers and same error.

Does anybody know how to fix this problem?
