Selling cartridges from size Buckshot to no. 14

Hi,

I am setting up a store to amoung others sell cartdriges for shooting and hunting.
All the products have unique sku for all the sizes

Sizes are not the same for all the products just for the product and their children.

Do I have to create a sett of custom filds for all the parents or could I use one set and just pick the one I want to use for that specific parent and its children.

Secondly I also sell them in diffrent size of boxes 5, 10, 25 and in cartons of 100 and 250.

I would also like for them to be pickd from my stock so if  I sell a box of 10 my stock is redused by 10 if I sell a carton of 250 stock will be redused by 250 and so on...

Currently my store is looking like this and not making much sense. I am trying to use Multi Variant dont know if that is the best and if so I am doing all in the wrong way I guess.
