Request for a developer to write a plugin / modification for Virtuemart

Not sure if this is the correct place for this post, so admins please move it if necessary.

We would like to sell subscriptions to an external system from our virtuemart store, but we do not need integration between the two.
Here is how we would like it to work:

We would like to have a few products that are subscriptions, maybe 1 week, 1 month, 1 year
The customer would purchase the product as normal, we will do the back end setup on the external system.
We would like virtuemart to send them an email when their subscription is about to expire, say a day or two before.
Then we would like virtuemart to send them an email when their subscription actually expires.
We would like virtuemart to send an email to the external system admin when a subscription expires, so they can go into the external system and disable the account.
We would also like to be able to pull a report of who has an active subscription and what type, expired subscriptions and what type, and details of how many of each type of subscription have been purchased in total. 

Is there anyone who is interested in taking on this?  If so we would need to discuss some additional details, time frame and costs.  Virtuemart 2.6
