Tax Per Bill doesn't show when payment change to Standard Payment Method

As per title, when my customer select "Cash for Delivery" or "Cheque for Delivery" (Standard Payment Methods), the tax amount doesn't show. Tested on default template also.

Both payment methods tried with Tax option "Apple Default Rule" & Direct select the tax rule (in my case was "GST 7%").

tax per bill is broken in 3.0.2 -> fixed in 3.0.3
