Show Cart results in 404 error

Can't find any info to get me through this. I have the paypal in sandbox mode. I add several items to cart then click on show cart. I get a "page not found" 404 error.

You don't have a valid ssl certificate for the site, so you should deselect "Enable SSL for sensitive areas (recommended)" in Configuration/Shop   

And it is better if you don't enable SEF until you have set up the store and completed any debugging. That makes it easier to identify where problems are.
