Klik And Pay problems after succesfull payment

Hi,

Joomla 2.5.24 and Virtuemart 2.6.14
just for the info, we use the latest version of OPC.
For a client I've made an online shop and he uses serval Payment methods, one of them is Klik and Pay.
After a payment is done succesfully, the order status becomes 'PENDING'. If a payment status was unsuccessfull, also 'PENDING'.

when we take a look at the settings of the payment plugin into VM:
Integration: Standard (-> what does this mean?)
Order status succesfull transactions: Confirmed
Order status waiting transactions: confirmed by shopper
Order status for Cancel transactions: Cancelled
-> we don't use 'PENDING' anyhere

When we take a look in the Klik and Pay account, and i go to a succesfull payment, i see the following:
Information on the transaction:
The basket function has not been used for this transaction
WARNING : this is an incorrect installation for the Klik & Pay system.
Depending on how your shop is configured, you could lose the contents of the basket, f the dynamic return fails.

-> We experienced yesterday that we see a payment coming by Klik and pay but we had no order in Virtuemart for the payment...?!

So i experience 3 things:
- order status which is incorrect
- orders not always in virtuemart after succesfull payment
- warning in Klik and pay (which possible the cause of above problems?)

it is the one time payment. You can select also Revurring and subscription.

Hi,

we still have a lot of problems with klik and pay. especially with buyers from abroad. I've contacted the support of klik and pay, they took a look at the transactions and they had the following questions about the payment plugin:
- The variable 'po' is empty
- The variable 'detail' of the payment form is not set.

They also give me the advice to contact the developer of the payment plugin and notice about these remarks.
