New field in Shopper fields

Hi!

I'm currently using VM3.0.0 with J3.3.6. (I have been updating regularly since 2.9.3)

Now I'm trying to add a new field named "Date of delivery" in Configuration/Shopper Fields. It is published and shown in the cart.

However, the entered data is not saved anywhere.

How this information can be saved in the order?
