Paypal Pro gets error when updating to refund

When we refund or cancel an order, we are getting the following error in the admin:  "vmError: 81128: AuthorizationID : Required parameter missing" and the payment is not canceled, we have to go to paypal and do this manually.

Authorization and capture are working fine upon order placement and shipping....
