Printmart - Child fields for custom field

Joomla: 2.5.14
Virtuemart: 2.0.22b
Printmart: 3.0.0

I am new to Virtuemart. When I saw Printmart extn, decided to use it for a printing company web site. But when started adding products, I am not able to move ahead with price entry. I want to enter prices as in a table.
(eg, for Biz card, if the price for without lamination 1000 qty is +$50 but with lamination price for 1000 qty may be +$65; ie, no formula can be applied. hope it's clear..)
So in such cases, I need child select fields for some fields to enter prices individually. Please suggest a solution for this (even other ecommerce solutions if not possible in virtuemart).

You will have to ask the template supplier about this as it will use special template overrides.

Note that your Joomla/VirtueMart versions are old and insecure but you will need to check that the template is compatible with current versions. http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=118683.0

Thanks for the reply. I have contacted the support and awaiting reply.
for the update, I tried many times, but it was unsuccessful and given an error message, "Downloading the update package failed. Make sure that your temp-directory is writable or that you have enabled Joomla!'s FTP options in your site's Global Configuration".
But FTP options are enabled. but don't know how to test it..

Please do a more substantial search on this forum - by your answer it appears you are trying to use the old updater which is a big no no - this is mentioned in dozens of posts
just d/l the latest and install as a Joomla extension  - ON A TEST INSTALL FIRST

I have tried the update button inside VM because PrintMart extension  comes as whole package (Joomla+VM+printmart).
Pls tell me about the issue child fields for price calculation. Now I am creating tens of products instead of just one, to overcome this issue.
