orders with non-existing products

Hi, I have installed Virtuemart 2.0.26d at http://www.je-art.cz and when I made first test order, I got the Couldn't create order error. I solved that using the database update tools, so now I am able to create an order, but there is this problem>
1. NON-EXISTING PRODUCTS IN ORDER
the order does not only include the products I ordered, but also some testing products that don't even exist>
It is setup as eshop in Czech, so it uses cs-cz tables, but the order looks like this>

Also it is strange that the total does not count with the imaginary products in the order.
2. ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL
the order confirmation email includes the shop description from Virtuemart settings. Where can I remove it please?

so the non-existing products disappeared after I cleared all database tables connected with orders
but still I would need help with removing the eshop description from the order confirmation email, please

found it in the email template and removed the part components/com_virtuemart/views/invoice/tmpl/mail_html_footer.php
