Different types of emails and send email by condition

Hi,

I use Virtuemart 2.0.26d and Joomla 2.5.20. I manage eshop with papers, notebooks etc. Except of selling complete products we offer way to make some products customizable. Now we call, they send us data (image, strings) and then we make it. So we want to make it automatical and there is the problem. The best way, wich is possible for me, is to send email when specific product is ordered. The email should contain just the same info as regular confirmation email but with specific link to form (i'm gonna use chronoforms). Anything else is solved. So the main question: Is there any way but programing, how to make these specific emails?
