Products in Stock are Out of Stock VM 2.6.6

Hi Guys

I have updated VM to 2.6.6 and all product are now out of stock if i add them to cart.

Using Joomla 2.5.20

PLEASE HELP!

Updated from what?
checked things like shopper group product assignment?
settings for stock control?
do you use stock control?

Hi

Stock control is used.
Virtuemart was updated from 2.0.24d to 2.6.6
The client wants the Notify me option for stock control. So out of stock items will have a Notify me button. Yet, the small,medium and large child products were in stock. When you select them and add to cart, it pops up with a notice of the product being out of stock.

A friend of mine discovered this...

That if you comment this out, you are able to use the parent stock level as 0 and your child products can be whatever.

So if you edit the core files of VM from the link above it works.
