rounding

Hello!

In my country, the money is weak and we dont have 1-2-3-4 coins.

All prices must be rounded to 0 or 5. I can set proper prices on the webshop, like 9990, 10990 etc. But when i use discount (5-10% or something) the prices will be incorrect
becouse like 10% from 9990 is 8991 which is incorrect.

How can I set rounding to 0 or 5?

The logic in my VM is net price + vat = price

hi, unfortunately no, becouse that is making prices like 10.95 and 10.90. But we dont have cents, dont even having 1-2-3-4 normal money. I want to round to 0 and 5.  so like 1095 and 1090.
