Hello!

I was trying to migrate from VM 2.0.18a to VirtueMart 2.6.0a at localhost based at XAMPP 1.7.7(PHP 5.3.8 ) and after installation of aio packet i saw such messages:
Quote•   JFolder: :delete: Path is not a folder. Path: some_path_prefix\administrator\components\com_virtuemart_allinone\languageBE
•   JFolder: :delete: Path is not a folder. Path: some_path_prefix\administrator\components\com_virtuemart_allinone\languageFE

After that these messages were displayed:
Quote
com_virtuemart_allinoneInstallerScript:: VirtueMart2 update #__virtuemart_payment_plg_standard
Table updated: Tablename ytgb1_virtuemart_payment_plg_standard dropped: 0 altered: 0 added: 1
com_virtuemart_allinoneInstallerScript:: VirtueMart2 update #__virtuemart_payment_plg_paypal
Table updated: Tablename ytgb1_virtuemart_payment_plg_paypal dropped: 0 altered: 0 added: 2
com_virtuemart_allinoneInstallerScript:: VirtueMart2 update #__virtuemart_shipment_plg_weight_countries
The component is installed successfully
alterTable ADD ytgb1_virtuemart_payment_plg_standard.email_currency : ALTER TABLE `ytgb1_virtuemart_payment_plg_standard` ADD email_currency char(3) FIRST
alterTable ADD ytgb1_virtuemart_payment_plg_paypal.paypal_method : ALTER TABLE `ytgb1_virtuemart_payment_plg_paypal` ADD paypal_method varchar(200) FIRST
alterTable ADD ytgb1_virtuemart_payment_plg_paypal.paypal_fullresponse : ALTER TABLE `ytgb1_virtuemart_payment_plg_paypal` ADD paypal_fullresponse text AFTER paypal_method
Checking VirtueMart modules...Installing VirtueMart Administrator modules
VirtueMart2 modules already installed
VirtueMart2 pdf moved to the Joomla libraries folder
Installing VirtueMart Plugins and modules Success.

Are these mistakes critical? Can i continue successful magration with these delete errors?

P.S. I tried to upgrade VM at newer XAMPP 1.8.2(PHP 5.4.27) - all the same...
Wish you happiness!

annoying but not so important - I know the devs are heavily working on the Joomla 3.0 version which will be backward compatible to Joomla 2.5 so I'm sure this minor problem will be picked up in the stable vm3.0 release

thank you. Do you know is it normal to upgrade to VM 2.6.1 right from the VM 2.0.18a. May be it's better to use some intermediate version such as VM 2.0.26d for upgrade and then make upgrade to VM 2.6.1. What do you think about it?
I noticed that after VM2.0.18->VM2.0.26d->VM2.6.1 upgrade at the end there was a little bit less messages. Here they are:
Quote
JFolder: :delete: Path is not a folder. Path: some_local_path\administrator\components\com_virtuemart_allinone\languageBE
JFolder: :delete: Path is not a folder. Path: some_local_path\administrator\components\com_virtuemart_allinone\languageFE

com_virtuemart_allinoneInstallerScript:: VirtueMart2 update #__virtuemart_payment_plg_paypal
com_virtuemart_allinoneInstallerScript:: VirtueMart2 update #__virtuemart_shipment_plg_weight_countries
The component is installed successfully.

I have never had problems with e.g. 2.0.18->2.6.0  etc
again messages apart from the language missing folder are all positive
