Very specific user permissions

Hi all 

Im using Virtuemart in Joomla 2.5. Instead of me actually selling the products, each product links to an external website.

That means I have a number of shops, that needs access to add and edit their own products.

How can I do this, so that each one dont have access to any other shops producs?

Im thinking to make a new user group for each shop, then with the right permissions (which is what i need help to) allow this user to only access his own products.

How would you do this???

With a joomla group and the joomla ACL,.. the option in vm are there for any view,.. top left corner.
