It is not possible - order without authorization (3.0.6)! (menu problem)

Found most likely a serious problem in version 3.0.6.
It is not possible to place an order without authorization! No settings do not help! When you click on "Checkout" is redirected to the login page.
Where did the offers without authorization and registration or registration options at will?

Very strange set on another website version 3.0.6 - works. And basically does not work after upgrading to 3.0.6.
Maybe it depends on some settings?

Having built quite a few VM3's lately plus some upgrades this is not the case

have you tried with all 3rd party extensions disabled and the base standard template?

Just tried a guest checkout on an upgraded VM3 (currently 3.0.6) - works fine

No no - additional modules and plug-ins do not use. Before and after the upgrade VM installs nothing.

no - I mean't any additional ext. you use?  Have u tried with sef off?

When selecting the option "Disable SEO" tab SEO, then there is no redirection to the login page and the page appears purchase option without registration.
What's the problem?

Site where I spend tests and where everything works, uses the same template, the same components and reside on the same server.

Site moved from the server to my computer - everything worked as it should. Then the problem is on the server...

Tormented all day, but found the problem! 
The problem is that if you create a menu item on the profile and make it available only for the registration, it will always be redirected to the authorization, when ordering.
Out of the situation is possible only by making public the menu item and place it in a module which is available only for registered users.
