Hello,

I would like to use the Multi-vendor feature on a site, but I cannot even get past the first task, namely to create secondary Vendors.

I have one Vendor, the original superuser, shown correctly on the Shoppers page and included in the Vendors list on the Products page. I have added a second user,
with Administrator privileges, but when I click "Is Vendor" on the shoppers Page nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?

I can add a new Vendor directly to the virtuemart_vendors table, and while this Vendor then appears in the Vendors list, I can't get any further.

For the avoidance of doubt, I have read all the Forum posts I can find, including one dated 14th September 2012 from Milbo, which inter alia states that this is an
Administrated system and is working as far as the author can see.
An Administrated system which allows the user to edit his own products from the Front End is absolutely fine for my purposes. I just don't have a clue how to implement it!
I'm sure that it's my fault and I'm missing something really obvious, but I would be really grateful if someone could point me in the right direction.

I am using Joomla 2.5.18, with Virtuemart 2.0.26d.  PHP version is 5.3.27

Thanks in advance,

Regards,
