Show price without the tax

Hi Guys
I have been trying to figure out how to show prices without the tax unlike European standard (price+tax). Tried the tax rate   by selecting option "Tax per bill" but it did not work it only showed the sale price but not the crossed out base price.

Price showing:

Base Price+Tax Sale Price

Want to show

Base Price (no tax)  Sale price

any help or guidance appreciated.
