Disable Zip/Postal code based on country

I'm using Virtuemart 2.0.20b and Joomla 2.5.9

I have setup my store to have only two countries available. When a user register to my website a list of available country will appear. I want to disable one of the country zip/postal code field depending on which country a user select.

For example:
Country A - Zip/Postal code is showing
Country B - Zip/Postal code is hidden and does not need to be required.

Is it possible in Virtuemart back end setting? Do i need to hack the core files? or is there any Third part plugin that can do so?
