ART_VIRTUEMART_CART_EMPTY text instead of translated cart

Hi there,

I've setup multilanguage virtuemart and in cart icon I've got this string  ART_VIRTUEMART_CART_EMPTY instead of translated cart icon. Not sure where to start troubleshooting it. See the attached pic.
