shipping cost per item?

Is this possible we can assing seperate shipping cost per item?

Lets say

Product A =$10
Product B =$5
Product C = Free


Now if customer buy Product A + C total shipping will be $10
If he buy A + B total shipping will be %15
If he buy only C shipping is free
?
