Need help with 4 problems in the shopping cart

Take a look at the picture, it describes my 4 problems

It's all about using the customfield plugin: VM stockable variants...
1. it puts an unwanted text line in the cart... product-fields-title...
2. We are using this stockable plug-in in a shoeshop, and we want to let our customer choose shoe size... we want this size chooser box, to be centered.
3. The stockable plug-in destroy our buybutton and quantity-button layout... we want the default template buttons back again...
4. An error has occurred recently, the plugin will no longer allow us to store shoesizes when we create new products. Clicking we save, the entries we've made disappear again.
