problems after updating virtuemart

Hello,
my name is Bar Avital and i'm new at Joomla!
last week i update my virtuemart version in my site.
after I managed to do it at dev environment I made the same steps in the prod.
since, my site is down and i tried everything to fix it.
first, my products dosent loaded so i import theme from my backup.
now, after i click on product to continue to the details page and add it to cart i redirect to empty page says "flash file not found".
i check the files loaded after clicking the same point at the dev and i found that vmsite is loaded.
i also check if the file exist in the prod and it did.
pls i dont know what else to do.

What Joomla and VirtueMart versions do you have now? What versions did you upgrade from?

VirtueMart does not use Flash. That is probably a Joomla template problem.

i use in joomla 2.5.9.
i update to viruemart 2.0.26d.
there is any way to check wich version i had befor?

There is no way to find out which VM version you had before, unless you reinstall the backup copy that you made before the update and look there. You did make a backup?

I see the error as "File for Model flash not found." VirtueMart does not use Flash so it is something to do with your Joomla template or another Joomla extension.  It is possible that the Joomla template was designed for an earlier version of VirtueMart and the overrides used need rewriting for the current version. Ask your template supplier.

sadly, i didnt back up my site cuz all i do is to upgrade virtuemart version.
how can i backup such thing?
all i know that everything works fine before i did it.
there is anything to do with the dev that works fine?
can i took something from there and mix with prod?
i also check every components installed in my joomla and they all match to the dev.
remember that my dev environment has the same joomla and virtuemart version.
