Inserit into product page a downloadable link

Hello guys!
I have made a website for a publishing house and I need to insert a download link in each page of products (they sell books).
For example I need to insert the possibility to download a pdf file with the abstract of book.
There is some change to do into the virtuemart setup or there is some extension to do that?
