need someone to migrate my joomla+virtuemart site

hi there,

am using joomla 1.5.26 with virtuemart 1.1.8 and totally happy with it, but with concern for security releases and my versions not supported i need someone to upgrade for me to the latest stable version which i guess 2.5 for joomla, regarding virtuemart i need to know if i will lose anything or there is anything that will change if i upgraded it to version 2 or should we just upgrade to joomla 2.5 and use VM 1.2 which is compatible, my website include ja masolite ll template and akymailing aswell, and it is in 2 languages arabic+english which in seperate folders which means that it should be done twice with the same steps
