I use Virtuemart  with two languages - polish and czech. There is a problem. I configured two currencies. It is configured properly because I checked it in many sources, for example here: http://www.templatemonster.com/help/virtuemart-2-x-how-to-manage-currencies.html

When I'm in polish version (screen1.png), I set currency to polish zloty. Then I go to czech version (screen 2) and set currency to czech koruna. When I save, in both versions (polish and czech) the currency is set czech koruna.

So I did it backwards. First I set czech koruna in czech version, then polish zloty in polish version and saved. After doing that the polish zloty is set in both languages.

To sum up, I cannot set different currencies for each language. I'll be very grateful for help.

Your screenshot looks like you are still using an old version of VirtueMart. Latest stable version is 2.0.26d.
It does not work the way you are trying to do it. But you can do the following:

- add both currencies to the 'List of accepted currencies' in Shop > Vendor tab
- use two copies of the Module VirtueMart Currency Selector, set one to polish language and one to czech language and publish both in one of your template's module positions.

Afterwards the customers can select the the currency from a dropdown list.

Thanks for the quick response. I'll do as you say.

Yes, it isn't the newest version, I'll wait with update until migration to Joomla 3.

Might be safer to update to the latest stable versions of Joomla (they published a security release today) and VirtueMart first, because Joomla 2.5 is pretty stable. Joomla 3 currently still is a developer's playground and is slower than J2.5.19.

You're right. I think I update virtuemart. Thank you. I'll let you know tomorrow.

Really?  ;D

I already made a simulation on a copy of my website on other server. There are some small problems but I think I'll manage. For example Virtuemart disappeared from components list but I turned on xmap plugin for virtuemart and it is back again :)

If I have any problems, I'll come back here tomorrow :)

I updated virtuemart and the multicurrency setting works good. But when someone change version from polish to czech he or she has to change currency manually using currency selector. Is it possible that the currency will change automatically after changing language version?
