Issues with the Company "VirtueMart Experts"

Hi All, My name is Emily, I'm a long time user of VirtueMart.

Recently I hired VirtueMart Experts (listed on the VirtueMart website as good developers) to do some work on a store for a client that was out of my range.

I paid them $300 USD for a support package over two months ago. Nothing has been done on the site. I have sent them numerous emails and all but one has been ignored when I threatened action. But after they responded, I've had silence again for a week or so.

Has anyone experienced this with them or had good experiences?
Initially, they were great; friendly and very responsive (prior to purchasing the package from them)...

Don't want to say bad things about them but am concerned about the lack of action and communication and have a very frustrated client that needs their site fixed!

Any thoughts?!

I just looked at the now... they seem a bit dead as there 'lastest news' update is a quote from a couple of years ago
Strange why their website is still in the air though.
