Add to cart function - requesting removal

Greetings all,

If you select the Brazilian category, and then roll your mouse over any item listed, you'll see a small add to cart that appears and then disappears once you move your mouse away. Is there a way to remove that function?

I have a screenshot so you can see what I'm talking about.
