Gig to fix VM 1.1 w/ Paypal Express, min $200

Hi Great Gurus of VM and Paypall Express,

I have a site with Joomla 1.5, VM 1.1.9 that works with Paypal Std and Paypal Pro. They work every time. But the transaction fails with Paypal Express when you jump back to my site after completing the page flow of Paypal Express. It is 100% reproducible.

I seek someone with expert knowledge of the Paypal Express API. I offer $200 to fix it. If you can fix it in 5 min, you get $200. To me, it appears this will be a thin bug to the right person.
